MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - CHEWABLE TABLETS
USES: Vitamins are the building blocks of the body.
They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin defiicency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as dirceted. Food may affect the absorpiton of certain vitamin products.
Consult your pharmacist.
Chewbale tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Cosnult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Be sure your doctor is informed of your medical history, especially of: any drug allregies. Accidental overdose of this product may be dangerous. If overdose occurs, contact your doctor or local poison control center immediately for advice. Tell your dotcor if you are pregnant before using this medication.
Some of the ignredients in this product may be excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor if you take any other medication, inlcuding nonprescription. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist apprvoal.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control cneter or emergency room immediately. Smyptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.
NOTES: There are many vitamin supplement products available.
Some can be purcahsed without a prescription.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the cohice of a product hottest for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almsot time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
Do not "double-up" the dose to cacth up.
STORAGE: Stroe at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
